Guide before you participate our China activity

| Focus Century International Medical Exchange program established in China since 2003. It is together with Eurasia Heart Foundation to organize the European Union doctors’ group to come to China for international medical exchange activities. |

| Our European Union doctors’ group is a very friendly medical team, coordinate with each other also full of sense of humour, all of the participants are highly qualified medical professionals, together to perform the highest international medical clinical education in Chinese hospitals. |

| If you are interested to participate our medical exchange activities in China, please read the guide below: |
| |
| 1. First of all, please consult one of the people below to find out if our medical activities are covering your specialty, our activity time and coverage of your expenses during China activity, etc |

| 2. You need to provide the following certificates to register the temporary Chinese medical practice license in every local Chinese hospital: |
| 1) CV in English; |
| 2) 1 photo (any size); |
| 3) Valid passport pages (scanned); |
| 4) Medical Degree (both the original language paper and its certified English translation paper); |
| 5) Medical Licenses of your country (both the original language paper and its certified English translation paper); |
| 6) Certificate of medical specialist ( the original language paper and its certified English translation paper ); |
| 7) A letter of good health; |
| 8) Sign a guarantee paper for common Chinese culture with your signature |

After you are ready above documents, please scann and email them to us. |

| 3. The content of our activity including both scientific presentations and live surgery procedures in every Chinese hospital we visit, thus, you will prepare your presentations or procedure cases prior. the topic lists are made together by all participating European Experts. |

| 4. We will send you an official invitation prior to you for your Chinese visa. |
| |
| 5. Usually you have to work most of the time during the activity days, including weekend, this is because our Chinese hospitals have to arrange patients and meetings within our visiting days in one line, thus, if you have any special personal request during our activity time, please tell us prior that we will give notification to related hospitals for arrangement. |

| 6. As a group schedule, we usually respect the arrangement from every local Chinese hospital, but if you would like to leave our team to travel alone in other Chines cities where are not on our schedule list, you may do so but we will not able to cover your special personal travel expenses. |
